Fascial Dynamic Bowen Therapy
In Bowen Therapy, a cross-fibre 'Bowen move' is applied accordingly to strategic locations on the fascial planes and junctions, influencing the fascial mechanoreceptors (sensory nerve endings in the fascia) creating body heat and bio-electric energy, allowing the fibres to separate, activating hydration in the bodies tissues and activating your bodies own healing response.
Working with Trigger Points, Acupuncture sites, Fascial Meridians and the latest research in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Bowen Therapy has a positive effect on muscles, nerves, joints, organ systems and other organic complaints. A treatment can include designated wait times between moves giving the body opportunity to promote homeostasis of the body tissues and systems.
Available for mobile home visits or clinic location

📚 Henry Lawson
Henry Lawson was born at Grenfell in 1867, the son of a miner and Louisa Lawson, who would develop her own significant writing and campaigning career. The family’s moves followed the goldfields before a more settled childhood near Mudgee. His later stories and verse gave working people, rural hardship and isolation a lasting place in Australian literature. Grenfell belongs to the beginning of that life. The broader central-western connection includes the childhood experiences that preceded a writing career developed largely elsewhere.
